As the Head of Accounts, you'll be responsible for managing a team of accountants, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to drive the company's growth. You'll work closely with the finance team, using tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel to streamline processes and improve efficiency. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 30,000,000 - Rp 50,000,000 per month, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial recording, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve financial systems.
- Monitor budgeting and forecasting, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
