📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the cafe and carwash, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational plans, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the business and attract new customers.
• Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
