📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting the telesales team in achieving sales targets.,Conducting outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers.,Providing product and service information to customers.,Handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.,Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Collaborating with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
