📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training.,Assess training needs and design customized training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Maintain records of training activities and participant attendance.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
