📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement culinary training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.,Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track the progress of our team members in their culinary training.,Collaborate with culinary instructors and experts to ensure that our training programs are up-to-date and relevant to the industry.,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other learning activities to support the professional development of our team members.,Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to secure resources and opportunities for our culinary training programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our culinary training programs, making data-driven decisions to improve and enhance the programs.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within our culinary team, encouraging innovation and creativity in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in culinary training and development, preferably in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs and materials.,Experience in working with diverse teams and cultures, with a strong understanding of the culinary industry in Bali.,Familiarity with culinary software and technology, such as recipe management systems and learning management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
