Base Seed Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Mempawah. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of distribution activities.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and customers.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer requirements.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Support the Distribution Officer in achieving operational targets and KPIs.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or related roles.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with supply chain management and ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
