📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
