📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee performance management, including appraisals and development plans.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
