📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing protocols.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the nursing station.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.,Stay updated with the latest nursing practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Professional certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a healthcare facility is a plus.
