📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
- Manage project documentation using AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project success
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and infrastructure development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other project management software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
