In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. This position offers a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including repairs and servicing.
  • Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance and compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with safety standards.
  • Handle any vehicle-related incidents or accidents, and coordinate with relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of cost-effective fleet management.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
