Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Staff

Asia Chemical Industry is seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Staff to join our team in Cikande, Banten. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections throughout the facility.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental programs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety and environmental practices.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all safety and environmental activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
• Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with safety management software such as SAP EHS or similar systems is a plus.
