The HSE Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the integrity of our projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to ensure HSE objectives are met.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the property or construction industry.,Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
