📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and operate the physical outlet, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.,Assist in stock management, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.,Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with purchases.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and special offers.,Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company with pride.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the outlet's strategy.,Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional techniques.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including some days in the office and some days at the outlet.
