📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Supervise and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.
