📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.,Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
