📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the development of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Provide technical support to customers by answering their questions and resolving their issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tech industry.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with API documentation or user manuals is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
