📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashier team, ensuring they meet performance targets and maintain high levels of customer service.,Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop the cashier team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor cash flow and ensure accurate financial reporting.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Admin Cashier or similar role.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with accounting software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
