📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics processes.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to senior management.,Implement and monitor logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor junior staff in logistics operations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
