📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in operational excellence, quality assurance, or related roles.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP standards.
- Proficient in SAP GMP and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
