📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve targets and goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and forecasts.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product/service standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing teams and processes in a remote environment.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations.
