📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's strategic plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
