🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in claims management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of managing complex claims and resolving disputes effectively.,Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
