📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure they meet the required standards.,Assess and evaluate the performance of junior instructors.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement training initiatives.,Provide feedback and support to participants to enhance their learning experience.,Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as an instructor or trainer.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.,Strong mentoring and coaching skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
