📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement training programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives.,Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Identify and address learning and development needs of employees through assessments and surveys.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and e-learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and LMS systems is a plus.,Certifications in learning and development, such as ATP, CPLP, or SHRM-CP, are a plus.
