📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address feedback,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in electronics,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Understanding of customer service best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
