Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical documents,Provide technical writing support for marketing and sales materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills
