As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Develop user guides, manuals, and other technical materials to support our customers.,Assist in the development of training materials and videos for our employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
