📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.Ensure that inventory is accurately managed and that stock levels are maintained.Work closely with the sales and distribution teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately.Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and protocols.Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and cycle times.Train and supervise warehouse staff, including forklift operators, inventory clerks, and other warehouse personnel.Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.Continuously seek opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with a strong background in inventory control and order fulfillment.Proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including staff, equipment, and processes.Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems, such as SAP, WMS, or similar.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to lead and motivate warehouse staff, and to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Valid driver's license and experience operating forklift or other warehouse equipment.🛠️ Keahlian
