📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit competitive bids for various projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to gather information and ensure bid accuracy.
• Review and edit bids for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with bidding guidelines.
• Maintain and update bid templates and standard clauses.
• Monitor bid submission deadlines and ensure timely submission.
• Provide support to the bidding team in preparing and submitting bids for large-scale projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of bidding strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bid writing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of preparing and submitting competitive bids.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
