📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of HVAC systems in Mandaya Hospital Group's facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure HVAC systems are functioning optimally.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to plan and execute system upgrades and new installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure patient comfort.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with facility managers to integrate HVAC systems with other building systems for overall operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering and supervision.
• Certification in HVAC systems and relevant safety protocols.
• Proficient in using HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of energy management systems and building automation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
