In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for loan applicants, guiding them through the application process with patience and expertise. You'll use our in-house loan processing system, LoanPro, to manage applications, verify documentation, and ensure all steps are completed accurately. Your work will not only streamline our operations but also enhance our clients' experience, fostering long-term relationships with our bank.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process loan applications efficiently using LoanPro and other relevant software.
• Verify and validate client documentation to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Collaborate with the credit analysis team to assess loan eligibility and risk.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan applications and client interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure best practices are followed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role in the banking industry.
• Proficiency in using LoanPro and other banking software.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Familiarity with Indonesian banking practices and local market trends.
