📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in operational excellence, quality assurance, or related roles.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP standards.
• Proficient in SAP GMP and other relevant software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
