🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or analytics role within the logistics industry
• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
