📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of production targets.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, including inspections, testing, and corrective actions, to maintain high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and quality control processes.
• Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of production processes.
• Utilize quality control software such as Minitab or SPSS to analyze data and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in factory operations and quality control, preferably in the metal manufacturing industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or a similar quality management system is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, techniques, and standards.
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as Minitab or SPSS.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
