📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to support the company's financial objectives.
• Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and tax laws.
• Provide financial guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including management and employees.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.
