📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional service to guests during the night shift, ensuring their dining experience is memorable.
• Take and process orders accurately using our POS system, including Square or similar restaurant management tools.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly.
• Promote our menu items and specials to encourage customer engagement and increase sales.
• Stay updated on restaurant policies and procedures, and adhere to them diligently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or Cashier in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant management software, such as Square or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine or a strong interest in learning about it.
• Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
