As an Optometrist/Refractionist at Kasoem Hearing, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. You'll perform comprehensive eye exams, including vision testing, refraction, and prescription verification, using advanced equipment like the Topcon i-care, Pentacam, and Topcon RT-5000. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with opticians to ensure accurate lens prescriptions and eyewear fitting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive eye exams using Topcon i-care, Pentacam, and Topcon RT-5000.
• Conduct vision testing and refraction to determine patients' visual acuity and prescription needs.
• Collaborate with opticians to ensure accurate lens prescriptions and eyewear fitting.
• Provide patients with personalized recommendations for eyewear and vision correction.
• Document patient records and maintain confidentiality in accordance with medical ethics.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry through continuous professional development.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Promote Kasoem Hearing's products and services to enhance patient satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Optometrist/Refractionist in a clinical or retail setting.
• Professional certification from the Indonesian Optometrist Association (PDGI) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Topcon i-care, Pentacam, and Topcon RT-5000 equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple patient appointments efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
• Fluency in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.
