📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control inventory and manage supplier relationships.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
