📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate internal controls to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in audit and compliance.
• Provide training and support to employees on audit and compliance procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other compliance-related documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Certification in audit or compliance (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
